We understand that you may be new to the area and that purchasing or even renting a property is perhaps a big and potentially life-changing step, one that you don’t want to feel rushed into and one that you are 100% confident with. We also understand that sellers and landlords are putting their faith and trust in us to sell or rent their property, in some cases even leaving us with the keys. This trust doesn’t come overnight and has been built up and developed over a number of years.

All real estate agents claim to be customer focused but the levels that we go to sets us apart from the competition. We treat every single customer with 100% respect regardless of if you are looking for a THB 10,000 a month rental or looking to purchase a THB 25 million house. You will have our complete focus and attention and we WILL find the right property for you. We will listen to your needs and requirements as well as offer suggestions… but of course, it is you who will make the final decision. We will make courtesy phone calls but won’t harass you or cause you undue stress.

We have large selection up to date listings on the database, many of which are 100% unique and registered solely with our agency – such is the confidence that many landlords and sellers have in our company. As we have worked in the Pattaya property industry for several years and have a great deal of knowledge about the properties available and the area in general.

We will be able to give you open and honest advice that will assist you when choosing a property. We believe that honesty is the best policy and on occasions, we may tell you things that you don’t want to hear but this is because we are looking after your long term interests and not looking to make a ‘quick buck’. We also believe in transparency, everything that we do will be carefully explained and any questions that you may have we will only be too happy to answer. For landlords, all transactions will be issued with a receipt, and all copies of contracts will be retained in the office, and you will naturally receive a copy. For your personal files. If we manage your property on your behalf any receipts and charges will be clearly documented along with copies of receipts. You will incur no additional charges or work carried out on your property without your prior written approval and any monies received will be paid into your nominated bank account or held on your behalf. Our aim is to make your life as easy as possible
